Terms & Conditions for Secure Dental Care Plans Card:

The Terms & Conditions of the Secure Dental Care Plans Card, the dental practitioners/service providers empanelled with Secure Dental Care Plan (hereinafter referred to as ‘SDCP’), a product of Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd. & the offers made on the SDCP Card may periodically change. Hence we request you to check for these changes on the website & by calling us on our help line numbers on a regular basis. SDCP Subscriber/Member (hereinafter referred to as ‘Subscriber’) is defined as an individual who has a valid and current SDCP Card issued by Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd. Dental Practitioner/Dentist (hereinafter referred to as “Panel Dentist”) is defined as a dental graduate/post graduate registered with Dental Council of India (DCI) and is a Network Member of SDCP.

Usage of the SDCP Card by the Subscriber implies that the Subscriber agrees to the following terms and conditions of Service, Refund, Cancellation & other terms as incorporated herein and understands that these terms govern the use of SDCP Card. All Subscribers are understood to have read (on their own behalf and on behalf of their dependents/family/other members) the following terms and conditions and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd. and/or SDCP and/or their authorized representative reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time and all Subscribers agree to be bound by such modifications and/ or updates.
SDCP is a facilitator in providing access to quality dental care services and in helping people save on their dental care costs. SDCP does not recommend or suggest any particular dentist or promote any particular dentist’s name or practice. It is at the sole discretion of the subscriber to choose and access any of the available panel dentists.
The SDCP Card provides the Subscriber access to a network of empanelled dentists/dental hospitals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Network Members’) who are independent practicing professionals. Network Members are independent dental practitioners in private practice and are neither employees nor agents of SDCP and / or its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates ("Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd"). The availability of any particular Network Member cannot be guaranteed, and list of panel dentist / network members are subject to change without notice. SDCP does not provide dental treatment/ services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Dental Services’) and is not responsible for outcomes. All Dental Services is the responsibility of the treating Network Member, to be carried out in consultation with the Subscriber. Selection of the Network Member is finally the responsibility of the Subscriber and is not based on any representations or recommendations by SDCP or any of their representatives. SDCP and / or its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates ("Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd") do not any responsibility for any negligence or deficiency in services or any short comings on the part of any of the Network Members / panel dental surgeons and/or any visiting doctor(s) at their clinic or any of their staff members.


The Network Members have agreed to offer their services at subsidized fee/treatment charge. The term "Subsidized Fee" means a dental service that is available to a Subscriber at a lower cost from fees normally charged by the Network Member and for which the Subscriber is solely financially responsible. The Subscriber understands that all payments to Network Members are due and payable at the time of service.
In order to receive dental services at the subsidized fee, a Subscriber must present his / her Subscription card to the Network Member before Dental Services are rendered & agree to the applicable fee accordingly. Subscriber must pay the Network Member directly at the time of Dental Service unless otherwise agreed upon between Network Member and the Subscriber. If a Subscriber wishes to confirm the current fee for a particular Network Member, he / she should first view the same at our website.

MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION TERM/PERIOD: Once the initial "Subscription Fee" and any enrollment, processing or other fee is received by Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd., a Subscriber will be entitled to the subsidized dental services during the subscription period validity as defined by the expiry date given on the face of the Secure Dental Care Plans Card (from the date of activation) or as otherwise stated on the valid / active SDCP Card.

RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION: Subscriber may be informed at least one month in advance before their card expiry date. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that SDCP receives the payment for renewal of subscription renewal at least two weeks prior to the Card expiry. SDCP is not responsible and assumes no liability for any disruption of service in case the payment gets delayed or the payment cheques are dishonored. In case of dishonored cheques, a penalty will be charged. SDCP Card services will remain suspended till the realization of the payment. Subscriber should remain informed by checking the validity period mentioned on the SDCP card so as to renew the same and it is not at all binding for SDCP to send reminder to the subscriber about the expiry of validity period.

RENEWAL CHARGES: The charges for renewal can be confirmed by calling the SDCP Help Lines number a month in advance of the expiry date or by visiting the website. Charges of new subscription or renewal of the old subscription may change from time to time and the same is displayed on the website. Kindly note that any Dental Services being offered at subsidized rates will not be offered at these rates by the Network Member as soon as the card validity has lapsed.

CANCELLATION and REFUND: If a Subscriber wishes to cancel and / or terminate his / her Subscription, he/she may do so by calling Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Only 50% of the Subscription fee paid will be refunded. There is no refund of Subscription fee for cancellation after 15th day whatsoever the reason is. In all eventualities, decision of SDCP will be final and binding on all the parties.


TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP: Subscription with SDCP is non-transferable.

LOST CARD: In case of loss of Subscription Card, a Duplicate Card may be issued at the nominal charges of Rs. 100 /-. The tenure of the membership will remain the same as specified in the initial subscription card.

The Subscribers’ rights or duties under this Agreement may not be assigned or delegated without the prior express written consent of SDCP. Subscriber agrees that he / she will use his / her Plan or Program Membership only for his / her personal benefit or for the benefit of his / her Family Members/others who have individual SDCP Cards for themselves (in case of Family plan). The Subscriber is responsible for paying Network members for all services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon by the Member and Network Member. SDCP is in no way responsible for the Dental Services provided by a Network Member.
The Network Member will offer the subsidized rates on treatments, procedures and services managed and serviced by the Network Member directly (& not necessarily by other doctors, visiting or consulting doctors etc) & within the premises of the Network Member, and not for any further treatment, check or service required elsewhere. It may not be necessary that all dental treatment services are covered by the SDCP Card & the Network Member may not be able to provide subsidized service on select procedures, i.e. the subsidized services may not be offered on all treatments and procedures offered by Network Member. Any existing offer or package at the clinic or planned by Network Member may not be clubbed and the Network Member may offer only one of the offers (either offer on SDCP Card or existing packages) or on those services.

The Member should clarify all rates and fees before going forward for any consultation, treatment or services with the SDCP Network Member & should also clarify the subsidised rates/prices in advance (& all other details about the treatment, check up, test, or other services etc) & be satisfied about the same before starting the treatment. SDCP will not participate or be responsible for any dispute on the same (related to rates and subsidised rates once the treatment has started & costs have been incurred). SDCP will not be responsible for providing any compensation to the Subscriber for the charges levied by the Network Member. Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd., Secure Dental Care Plans and/or any of their representative is merely the facilitator and accept no responsibility for any negligence or deficiency in services or any short comings on the part of any of the network provider/panel dentist and/or any visiting doctor(s) at their clinic or any of their staff members.


SDCP offers different variants of SDCP benefits to subscriber as per ther eligibility in terms of years of continuous renewal and features/ benefits offered could vary from one variant to the other. Please refer to your SDCP welcome pack to check if some benefits are offered on your SDCP variant.
In the case of a Family SDCP subscription, there needs to be one person designated at the time of applying as the Primary Member.
SDCP & the Network Member who are part of the SDCP network reserve the right to revise their charges at any time.

Each Subscriber, for himself / herself, and on behalf of any Family Member who uses the services under the SDCP hereby forever releases, acquits and discharges each of SDCP and its employees, officers, directors, agents and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action that such Subscriber or his / her legal representative(s) may have by reason of any damage or personal injury sustained as a result of or during or after the course of the use of any Dental Services.

SDCP offered by Secure Dental Care and Cure Pvt. Ltd. are not health insurance policies. The Card provides subsidized dental treatment through its empanelled Network Members at certain dental clinics/centers/hospitals. The benefits provided through SDCP are not applicable if a Member is claiming insurance benefits on the dental services provided. The Member is obligated to pay for all dental care services from those Network Members who have contracted with SDCP for providing services under the empanelment agreement.

The Terms & Conditions of the member agreement may change from time to time & we will update the same on the website. You are hence advised to refer to the website on a regular basis so that you are aware of the latest applicable member terms & conditions.

Third Party Service Provider:
We have contracts with other organisations (or Third Parties) to carry out certain activities or services on our behalf. If we need to pass any of your personal data to them, we will ensure the following:
They are only provided with the information they need to carry out the service
They agree not to use the information received from us for any other purpose than those specified by us.
They have the proper systems in place to protect personal data.

Registration of Medical Practitioners:
If you provide your personal & contact details when inquiring about registration with SDCP or otherwise, we will use that information for the following purposes:

We may be asked to provide your contact details to the MCI, DCI, IMA, IDA, medical defense organizations, medical colleges, faculties & other organizations so that they can keep their records up to date.

Your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998:
You may obtain confirmation of the basic information that we hold about you at any time. If it is incorrect we will promptly correct it when we have received the appropriate notice or evidence from you in writing.

We are careful to guard the security of your personal data and the details of any transactions you make with us over the Internet. We ensure this by putting in place and carefully administering a secure IT infrastructure in accordance with industry standards and good practice.
